FOUND OBJECTS

This is one of my favourite ceramic pots, displaying a wonderfully organic richness of texture and colour.

But it's not a pot at all. In fact it's a buoy, picked up on a beach on the north-west coast of Scotland.

I have an ambition to develop an exquisite collection of found objects. It isn't proving easy, but it does make you look at everything twice.
